We didn’t grow up dreaming of opening a brand. We just grew up in kitchens — loud ones, full of spice, stories, and strong opinions. From a young age, food wasn’t just a necessity. It was the center of everything: family, celebration, even competition.

We weren’t trained by Michelin-starred chefs. Our training ground was home. Watching moms, grandmas, uncles — picking up techniques by sight, smell, and pure instinct. Arguing about who nailed the seasoning. Battling over whose version of the same dish was “the real one.” That’s where it all began.

As we grew older, those small kitchen wars turned into weekend cook-offs. Midnight food experiments. Endless debates about flavor, texture, heat. Cooking became our creative language — and eating became our favorite ritual

Then one day, we thought: what if we took all this chaos, passion, and flavor, and turned it into something bigger?

So we did.

We built this brand on friendship, fire, and a shared belief: that real food doesn’t need to be complicated to be unforgettable. We don’t use bougie ingredients you can’t pronounce. We don’t care for trends or pretentious plating. We care about bold flavor, honest cooking, and the joy of sharing good food with good people.
